Join us is recognizing our MDS Case Managers of the Month, Sarah Walton at Cherokee Rose Nursing and Rehabilitation, Shawn Jones at Amarillo Center, and Hannah Largent at Madisonville Care Center!
Sarah was nominated by Dustin Finley RRN, who shared "I would like to recognize Hannah at Madisonville Care Center for her outstanding dedication and commitment in her role as MDS Coordinator. Hannah has demonstrated a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the MDS role, actively seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and ensure processes are followed with accuracy and consistency. Her willingness to step in, assist others, and uphold the highest standards of care does not go unnoticed.
Shawn was nominated by Kelly Smith DON, who shared “I would like to nominate our MDS Coordinator Shawn Jones, RN for spotlight! Shawn has been such a great asset to us! I make the joke that we don’t need AI because we have a Shawn, and I do truly mean that. Shawn is more than knowledgeable and more caring than a lot of MDS nurses I have worked with! We love Shawn and all her hard work.”
