MOVE Pain Relief and Sports Therapy is a family oriented practice that specializes in Manual Orthopedics, Advanced Sports Therapy, Exercise/Mobility Rehab, and Functional & Performance Evaluation. Our Mission is to help every man, woman, and child achieve their Pain Relief, Functional, and Performance goals as quickly as possible. In Addition to their Chiropractic training, Doctors Jeff Johnson, J

ustin Parker, and David Farley are certified in several soft tissue techniques that include FDM, ART, and GRASTON. At MOVE Sports Therapy we also have a host of modalities such as Shockwave and Cold Laser that have both been proven to dramatically speed recovery and healing for not only your young and adult athletes, but for your weekend warriors, Moms on the go, patients that have recently undergone surgery, and those with degenerative arthritis. Our Decompression Table has shown to be very effective for our patients with degenerative disc disease, facet syndrome, and spinal stiffness. Last but certainly not least our amazing Office Manager and Licensed Massage Therapist Hellen Obando is the back bone of our practice. She is certified in several techniques ranging from Swiss, Thia, and Deep tissue to Sports Massage, Prenatal, and Acupressure. Helen is the glue that holds us together!
