35 years of care. 35 years of community. 35 years of CAN Community Health.

Today, we celebrate our 35th CANiversary and the incredible journey that brought us here.

What began in 1991 as a courageous response to the AIDS epidemic, led by Susan Terry and Dr. Jeffrey Stall, has since grown into a nationally recognized healthcare organization. While our name, services, and reach has evolved over the years, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to expanding access to care.

It's at the heart of everything we do!

Today's milestone belongs to our patients, employees, providers, community partners, and advocates who helped shape CAN Community Health into what it is today.
