Expanding access to specialized liver care across Dallas–Fort Worth.

Based in Fort Worth, Texas Liver Care continues to grow, and we’re grateful for the trust and collaboration of our patients, referring providers, and healthcare partners across the region, including JPS Health Network, Mercy Clinic Fort Worth, Texas Health Resources, Baylor Scott & White Health, Methodist Health System, Burnett School of Medicine at TCU, and UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Our goal is simple: accessible, specialized liver care without the long wait. We aim to see new referrals within 7 days and accept nearly all major insurance plans, including Medicaid, helping remove traditional barriers to specialty liver care.

We look forward to strengthening these partnerships, and building new ones, as we continue to expand access to high-quality liver care across Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas.

Hepatitis C is often silent, but with modern treatment it is curable in the vast majority of patients. Early diagnosis can prevent cirrhosis, liver cancer, and liver failure.

Know Your Liver Health Fair 💙

Proud to share the impact of our recent community liver screening event in partnership with JPS Health Network

The results remind us why early detection matters. Many participants had previously unrecognized risk factors for liver disease and other important health conditions, with every at-risk individual connected to appropriate follow-up care.

Our second community outreach screening event on July 11, Know Your Liver, demonstrated what can be achieved when healthcare organizations work together.

Nearly 100 community members joined us for free liver & metabolic health screening and education. More than 50 completed comprehensive assessments, including Fibroscan liver stiffness measurements, body composition analysis (including visceral fat measurement), alcohol screening, and physician counseling.

Most importantly, 15 individuals were identified with findings consistent with clinically significant liver fibrosis and linked to appropriate follow-up care.

• JPS Health Network including the Network Access Program and the PATH team showcasing their new federally funded hepatitis C elimination program.
• Mercy Clinic of Fort Worth, providing free healthcare for eligible uninsured patients.

• Baylor Scott & White Health and UT Southwestern Medical Center Moncrief, highlighting additional referral pathways.
• UT Southwestern Medical Center Culinary Medicine, providing healthy cooking education.
