You’re qualified… now what?

Once you’ve completed an initial screening call, the next steps in a clinical trial are structured, guided, and designed with your safety in mind.

It begins with a baseline screening visit to confirm the study is the right fit for your health profile. From there, eligible participants are enrolled and assigned to a study group. Throughout the trial, regular check-ins help monitor your progress and ensure you’re supported every step of the way.

You’re never navigating this process alone. Our team is here to guide you, answer your questions, and make sure you feel informed and confident at every stage.

Start with a screening call to see if you qualify for a current or upcoming clinical trial.

You might qualify for a clinical trial and not even know it.

Many people never explore clinical trials because they’re unsure if it’s for them. But studies aren’t only for severe cases, many focus on common conditions like diabetes, and thyroid disorders.

Each trial has its own criteria, and eligibility is determined through a simple screening process. It only takes a 15-minute call to know if you are possibly eligible for an ongoing clinical trial!

Save this and reach out if you’ve ever been curious about participating.

High blood pressure often has no symptoms.

Many people feel completely fine and don’t realize their blood pressure is elevated. Over time, this can quietly increase the risk of heart disease and other complications.

For those with endocrine conditions like diabetes, this connection becomes even more important. Understanding how these conditions overlap is a key part of long-term health.

Stay informed and follow us to learn how your conditions may be connected.

Struggling to find a Hashimoto’s clinical trial?

You’re not alone. Many patients with Hashimoto’s feel frustrated when searching for clinical trials, and there are real reasons behind it.

Unlike some conditions, Hashimoto’s is often considered manageable with standard treatment, which can slow the development of new studies. On top of that, symptoms vary widely from person to person, making it more complex to design consistent clinical trials. Some research is also categorized under broader terms like thyroid function or autoimmune conditions, making it harder to find.

Stay in the know. Subscribe to our newsletter to hear about new and upcoming clinical trials as they become available.

Diabetes care wasn’t always this advanced… and most people don’t realize how much has changed.

Just a few decades ago, managing diabetes looked completely different. From the discovery of insulin in 1921 to modern tools like continuous glucose monitors and once-weekly medications, each step forward has improved how patients live and manage their condition.

These advancements didn’t happen overnight. They came from years of clinical research, testing, and participation from people willing to be part of something bigger.

Can you participate in a clinical trial if you live far from the clinic?

Some participants travel from outside the Fort Worth area to take part in clinical research. Visit schedules vary depending on the study and may include occasional or more frequent clinic visits.

The most important requirement is being able to attend the visits required for that specific study.

Share this post with someone who may be considering research but lives outside the area. Learn more about available studies at fwclinicaltrials.com
