Our Farmers Market Coupon Giveaway was a huge success at the Framingham, Waltham, and Marlborough WIC offices! 🌽🍅🥕💚

Each eligible active WIC family received $30 in Farmers Market coupons to use at participating local farmers markets. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables while supporting our local farmers.

Coupons are valid through the end of October, so there’s still plenty of time to use them!

If you didn’t receive your Farmers Market coupons and believe you’re eligible, please contact your local WIC office.

Come meet our Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, Catarina, and our Breastfeeding Coordinator, Maribel, CLC! 💜

Catarina and Maribel will be at the Framingham WIC office today to introduce themselves and share the free breastfeeding support available to WIC families.

Catarina, our Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She connects with families throughout their breastfeeding journey, offering encouragement, answering questions, and providing support from pregnancy through the first few months.

Whether you’re expecting your first baby, have recently given birth, or are breastfeeding your fifth child, Catarina is here to listen, support, and help you meet your breastfeeding goals.

Stop by to say hello, ask questions, enjoy a healthy snack, and learn more about the breastfeeding resources available through WIC. We look forward to seeing you!

Our Good Food Project kitchen was bustling with activity and filled with mouthwatering aromas today!
Our intern from Framingham State University showcased a food demonstration using WIC-approved ingredients.
She adapted a breakfast taco recipe by substituting the small corn tortillas with larger ones, resulting in a delightful breakfast crunch wrap. The children and adults alike thoroughly enjoyed her creation!
