⚾️ Your athlete isn’t just throwing the pitches counted in the game.

That “50 pitch outing” is often closer to 100 total throws once you factor in warm ups, bullpen work, and in between innings.

This is exactly why managing throwing volume, recovery, and progression matters so much during the season.. especially for grade school and high school athletes.

If you need Advil every time you golf… your body is telling you something. ⛳️

Most golfers don’t actually have a “golf problem.”
They have a spine and hips that stopped moving well long before they stepped onto the course.

Advil may temporarily turn the pain down… but it doesn’t fix the reason your back tightens up after 9 holes.

Try these 3 movements before your next round:
✔️ Thoracic spine rotations
✔️ Hip rotation work
✔️ Standing extensions

A few minutes of the right movement can go a long way toward keeping you on the course and away from relying on pain medication.
