🎉 Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month, Amanda Parsons! 🎉
We are so happy to recognize Amanda Parsons as our Employee of the Month for August! Amanda is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) here at Wesley Manor and has been a valued part of our community since August 2025.
Originally from Lebanon, Indiana, Amanda enjoys many hobbies, including building LEGO flowers and preserving flowers.
When asked about her favorite day, Amanda shared that it was the day she got to hold her son, Josiah, for the first time.
Amanda’s advice to others is simple but meaningful: “Never hold a grudge, holding grudges only hurts you.”
When asked why she chose Wesley Manor, Amanda said, “I have always enjoyed helping people and being the light in the room.”
Amanda, thank you for bringing your kindness, compassion, and dedication to our community each day. We are grateful to have you on our team.

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming guest Roby Bales, who helped some of our ladies learn the art of creating beautiful flower arrangements. Let’s just say… they all turned out absolutely gorgeous!
