Your body might be holding more tension than you realize!

There are so many things women are told to just “live with.”

Leaking.
Pressure.
Pain.
Discomfort during intimacy.
Feeling disconnected from your body.

Pain with s*x is so common, but not something that you just have to “deal with.” 🤍

Your body is not “broken” & painful intimacy is not a personal failure. There are often physical, nervous system, emotional, hormonal, and muscular components all working together which is why support should be compassionate, individualized, and holistic too.

Healing can look like:
▫️understanding what your body is communicating
▫️feeling safe in your body again
▫️breaking the fear/tension cycle
▫️learning how to work with your body instead of against it

Most importantly: you deserve to be listened to and supported without shame, which is what we’re here for 🫶🏼
