Today we were fortunate to celebrate the 100th birthday of Cecile Proulx! (Actual birthday 7/26). Cecile was born in Franklin and spent many wonderful years living in this town. She was honored by Franklin town mayor who declared today as Cecile Proulx day. We are all so glad to share this special day with such an amazing woman. We love you Cecile!
