How does it work?
✨ Recommend us to a friend - they’ll need to list your name on their new patient forms when preparing for their consultation to receive $40 off their first appointment.
✨ You’ll receive a notification from us that a referral credit has been added to your account once the person you referred has had their consultation. Note: we will not share the name or any other identifying info with you, per HIPAA.
