Let's talk about safe sleep! The risk for SIDS is highest in the first year of life. The AAP has developed some easy-to-follow recommendations with the goal of keeping babies as safe as possible while they are sleeping!

Is your child drinking enough water? The AAP recommends that children increase their water overall intake as they age. As a reminder, children less than 6 months of age should NOT have any plain water, as it can lead to electrolyte imbalances. They will get all of the hydration they need through breastmilk or formula!
