Yesterday was a special day as we officially celebrated the opening of Red Canyon Physical Therapy in Inwood! We are so excited to become part of the Inwood community and look forward to being here for anyone who may need us. Dr. Brittany Benachowski is ready to serve the area and help our patients get back to doing what they love.❤️✂️

🌟 Inwood, meet Brittany! 🌟

We are so excited to have Brittany leading our Inwood clinic. If you haven't met her yet, you're in for a treat!💪🩵✨

Brittany is originally from Greencastle, PA, and began her journey with Red Canyon Physical Therapy in 2019 after earning her Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Psychology from Shenandoah University. She started with Red Canyon as a Physical Therapy Technician and Office Manager before pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Wheeling University, graduating in 2023.

After graduation, Brittany returned home to practice at Red Canyon’s Hagerstown clinic, where she quickly distinguished herself through her dedication to continuing education. Within her first year, she completed advanced training in the lumbar complex, kinesiology taping, and Trigger Point Dry Needling. She has since earned her CMTPT-DN certification, further enhancing her ability to treat complex musculoskeletal conditions. 📚🎓👏

Now serving as the Clinic Director of Red Canyon’s new Inwood, WV location, Brittany brings a passion for treating a wide variety of diagnoses, with a special interest in temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and spinal pain. Her love for physical therapy began at a young age and has grown into a fulfilling career focused on helping others heal and thrive. 👐💙

Outside of the clinic, Brittany enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew, and loves cooking and baking in her free time. 🍪🧁❤️ She is excited to welcome patients to the Inwood clinic and is committed to delivering the highest quality of care.

🚨 “I’ve Fallen and I CAN Get Up!” 🚨

Heidi had an awesome time presenting and demonstrating fall prevention tips, tricks, and safe ways to get up after a fall at the Washington County Commission on Aging Senior Activity Center! 👏🩺💪

From balance and safety education to getting down on the floor for demonstrations 😅 — Heidi shared her PT expertise to help keep our community strong, confident, and safe!
