Barton Woods Assisted Living Nestled in a wooded setting, Barton Woods provides personalized services to seniors. All tours must be scheduled with Barton Woods management.

Congratulations, Shaunna, on receiving a Heart to Heart Hospice ‘Heartfelt Thanks’!❤️

Shaunna received a Heartfelt Thanks award after being nominated by Mariah, a hospice CNA, who is in our building often. While these awards are usually between Heart to Heart employees, Mariah wanted to recognize Shaunna for the compassion and support she shows others.🩺

Mariah recognized Shaunna as someone who stands out when providing care and support for others. Shaunna always goes the extra mile for our residents, lends a helping hand to others, and her kindness and love shines bright daily.🌟

We’re super excited to introduce our high school co-ops for the 2026–2027 school year! Both Bay City Western and Freeland High School students have joined us again this year! We’re so excited to have them here and can’t wait to see what this school year brings!

Joining us in the mornings will be Ben, Lily, and Nolan. Many of you already know Nevie, and we are so excited to have her here again in the afternoons! Addy, Mya, and Sydney will also be here in the afternoons. If you see them around the building, stop and chat a bit!🤍
