We are a small, home-like, 40-bed skilled nursing center in Fremont, Ohio. We offer short-term stays, long-term care, rehabilitation care, respite care, and hospice care. Our skilled and experienced short-term rehabilitation team offers a wide array of therapies to help you regain function and safely return home or to the next level of care as quickly as your recovery allows.

🎪 Step right up, it's carnival time at Parkview! On Friday we played carnival games, won some great prizes, and cooled off with Kona Ice sponsored by Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care Services! Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a fun day!

🎱 Our team enjoyed hosting Bingo at the Clyde Senior Center and spending time connecting with members of our local community. 💙 We love creating opportunities for laughter, friendship, and great memories together!!! 🎱
