Through Cryo Scuplting, fat cells are cooled to a level where cell death occurs. These damages cells are then moved through your lymphatic system and eliminated via urine, f***s, or sweat. This service can eliminate current fat cells but cannot keep you from creating new ones. Diet, exercise and hydration may aide in more successful and long-lasting results.

-For optimal results, the average recommendation for treatments is 1-2 sessions/week (~72 hours apart) for 4-6 weeks. **This is heavily dependent on each individual body- as goals, body types, lifestyles and responses to treatments vary for each individual.
-All packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable, sales are final.
-Session lengths are relatively short: in and out in ~30 min MAX. While risk of injury and harm is minimal with Cryo, we are limited by the duration we can spray in order to not cause any adverse reactions or frost bite to the skin. **This device has sensors that tells us when we have reached the therapeutic level of temperature reduction and will automatically shut off if the device is not moved. This adds an extra level of protection to prevent injury, on top of our training.
-Not recommended for pregnancy/breastfeeding, liver or kidney dysfunction, sensitivity to cold diagnoses, active cancer, or impaired sensation. Please check with your primary care physician if you have concerns.

Please keep in mind- while this service has many benefits, it is not a one-time, quick fix treatment. 3 general rules for Cryo Sculpting and Tightening- you must be committed, patient and have realistic expectations.

This would include 1-3 sessions of the service you are chosen for, to be completed in the next 4-6weeks.

2 clients for our new Facial Cupping ~30min session ($30/service)

Beyond Wellness will make the final decision on clients chosen for each service. Please don't take it personally if we don't choose you, but in order to perfect these new services- we are needing to find various body types.

Must be an active/current client, 19+, willing to come in on weekends, over lunch breaks or mornings/evenings to accommodate these sessions.

Friday night I got to attend the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce banquet to support my dear friends at Goldenrod Salon who were up for the Workforce Game Changer Award.

Not originally being from Fremont myself, it was such an enjoyable evening to get to learn about business in the community, the years of experience they bring, and all the amazing things they do behind the scene to grow opportunities in our town.

Congratulations to all the awardees! The future is so bright for our community!
