Yesterday, we had the absolute honor of celebrating a very special milestone with two of our residents — 60 wonderful years of marriage! 🥂✨

Six decades of love, laughter, memories, challenges, adventures, and choosing each other again and again. What a beautiful example of true love and commitment. ❤️

Please join us in wishing Pauletta a very happy birthday!

Pauletta is from Shelburn, Indiana. She is a proud mother of two children and has more grandchildren than she can count! She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has always cherished being a mother and grandmother. Her most treasured memories are the days her children were born.

Pauletta’s favorite season is fall, her favorite food is fried chicken, and her favorite color is blue! She enjoys solving puzzle books, playing Bingo, and spending quality time with her family. Her best advice to others is, “Take care of yourself as best as you can.”

💙 Please join us in welcoming our NEW Director of Nursing, Breanne Sturgeon! ❤️

Breanne’s journey at Springs Valley Meadows is one we are incredibly proud of! She first joined our team in 2019 as a CNA, where she quickly became a valued member of our staff. She then followed her passion for nursing, attended nursing school, and earned her RN!

Even while pursuing her nursing career, Breanne continued to stay connected to our Springs Valley Meadows family by working with us PRN. Now, we are so excited to officially welcome her full-time as our new Director of Nursing! 🎉

Breanne has truly grown with us, and we couldn’t be happier to have someone who knows our residents, our staff, and our facility so well stepping into this important role.

Our residents got creative and put their own special touch on Halloween this year by turning plain bricks into the cutest spooky decorations! 🧡🧱

From pumpkins and ghosts to all things Halloween, these one-of-a-kind creations are sure to bring some extra fun and festive spirit to our community! 🍂🕷️
