Now Hiring: Part Time/ Seasonal W**d Eater and Ground Maintenance Position

Prospect Hill Cemetery Association Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail oriented, and experienced Grounds Maintenance Laborer specializing in w**d eating/ string trimming and edging.

Responsibilities: The primary focus of this role is high level w**d eating/ string trimming, along with the safe operation of a tractor. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient at edging walkways, clearing fence lines, and operating leaf blowers.

Requirements: Candidates must have experience with professional grade w**d eaters/ string trimmers; the ability to take direction and work independently; possess a strong attention to detail; and have a valid driver’s license.

Attention: Prospect Hill Cemetery Decoration Removal Notice.

To help maintain the beauty and safety of our grounds, spring clean-up will begin on March 1st, 2026.

All decorations, including all holiday decorations, potted plants, artificial flowers, wreaths, and solar lights, must be removed from the graves by February 28th, 2026. If any of these seasonal decorations are family keepsakes, please remove them prior to this date. Any items remaining after March 1st, 2026, will be removed and discarded by staff to facilitate the upcoming grounds maintenance. After clean-up, new seasonal decorations may be placed only on the memorial stones or in permanent vases.
