"Carter and the interns are amazing! They helped me rehab following a surgery and major surgical complication, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had been afraid to start exercising again following my experience, and they eased me into it, removing my fear and making me feel strong again. They guided me through exercises that I would do both at the facility and at home, and with their guidance I was able to get back to my previous self in a few months. When I ultimately returned to the gym, I felt confident knowing what exercises I could do there to make sure that I didn't injure myself again.
