"What does a MyoCycle session actually look like?" Here's Mark showing his.
Electrodes go on the leg muscles, and the MyoCycle sends stimulation timed to the pedal position so the muscles contract in sequence, while a motor keeps the pedals turning at a steady 35 rpm, helping when the muscles can't keep up and resisting when they push harder. The screen shows the power the rider's own muscles are putting out, even a single watt, plus distance, time and calories, and every ride adds to a weekly progress report.
Want to see one in person? We'll help you find the closest MyoCycle so you can see it and try it, or you can join a monthly group ride.
