Twenty-five years later, the impact of September 11 continues to be felt by families, first responders, service members and communities across our nation. We honor the lives lost and the courage of those who stepped forward to help others in a moment of unimaginable tragedy.

Mission in Motion brought Adventist HealthCare leaders together for a day of connection, collaboration and inspiration as we celebrated our shared mission and looked ahead to the future.

From interactive sessions and meaningful conversations to inspiring speakers and moments of recognition, leaders had opportunities to learn from one another, engage in new ideas and reflect on what it means to serve with excellence.

It was a powerful reminder that our mission comes to life through the people who show up every day to care for our patients, support our communities and one another. Together, we continue moving our mission forward.

For 37 college students, this summer was an opportunity to take a closer look at what a future in healthcare could look like. 🩺

Through Adventist HealthCare’s 2026 Stepping Stones program, students spent six to eight weeks shadowing physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals across our system. They explored different areas of care, asked questions and gained valuable insight into the day-to-day experiences of healthcare professionals.

Congratulations to this year’s Stepping Stones students, and thank you to the Adventist HealthCare team members who helped guide and encourage them along the way.
