ONE YEAR ❤️🎉
Today marks one full year since this amazing woman joined me, and I honestly don’t know where the time went.
Jessica, you have truly been an angel from above.
When you came into my business, you didn’t just come in as an employee, you came in with a heart to help, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to see me and this business succeed.
Over this past year, you have become someone I can depend on, someone who steps in when things need to get done, and someone who has brought so much peace and support into what can sometimes be the beautiful chaos of running a business.
There have been busy days, stressful days, long days, exciting wins, changes, growing pains, and plenty of moments where we’ve had to figure things out as we went—and through it all, you have continued to show up.
I want you to know that I see you.
I see your hard work. I see your loyalty. I see the way you care about our patients. I see the little things you do that you probably don’t even realize make my life easier. And most importantly, I appreciate YOU.
As a business owner, you quickly learn that finding someone you can genuinely trust with something you’ve poured so much of yourself into is a gift. And Jessica, you have been that gift to me.
Thank you for believing in my vision, for growing alongside me, for giving me grace on the crazy days and for being such an important part of this journey.
