Supporting quality of life starts with meaningful conversations.

We are grateful to Twin County Regional Healthcare for hosting this educational event focused on goals of care, palliative care, and hospice services. The information shared by the panel offered valuable insight into how healthcare providers and community organizations can better support individuals and families as they navigate important healthcare decisions.

Senior Home Share is committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care, and opportunities like this help us continue learning how to best serve our residents and their loved ones.
