When you start to chameleonize and suppress your authentic self, you risk getting sick. Your spirit tries to communicate, but if you ignore internal triggers like anger or agitation, a hidden shadow part of you is lying beneath. This suppression can manifest as illness, especially when you're not being true to your charismatic, creative, or vocal nature. If you're swallowing your truth, you're not being aligned.

I spent my entire school life in special education, and for years I was made to believe that something was wrong with me because I didn’t “learn like the others.”

But those were **their beliefs—not my truth**.

The path they expected me to follow was never meant for me. My journey was designed differently, guided by Spirit and shaped by a purpose that could not be measured by classrooms, labels, or other people’s expectations.

When people tell you that you are limited, incapable, or less than, it can become easy to accept those words as your identity. But you are not the labels placed upon you. You are not the doubts others projected onto you. You are not the limitations they believed you had.

Stop believing the version of you that others created.

Start believing in the soul within you—the part of you that is guided by Spirit, filled with purpose, and capable of more than you have been taught to imagine. The Divine did not create you by mistake. Your path was never meant to look like anyone else’s.

I am not broken. I am not less than. I am not limited by someone else’s perception of me.

I release their beliefs and return to my truth: I am a sacred soul, walking the path meant for me, growing, expanding, and becoming everything I was created to be. ✨🙏🏽💫
