We're expanding access to mental health care with the addition of psychiatry services at Avita.
Please join us in welcoming: Dr. Cyril Appiagyei, Dr. Luis Cartagenova, and Dr. Jason Onugha.

Our psychiatrists evaluate and treat adults with a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, schizophrenia, alcohol use disorders, and insomnia.

Appointments are available through our psychiatry clinic located at 1200 State Route 598, Lower Level, Galion.

Help us showcase local athletes! As we prepare our new Bucyrus Orthopedics & Sports Medicine location, Avita Health System is seeking action photos of local student-athletes and sports activities. Selected photos may be professionally printed and displayed throughout the facility.
How to participate:
1. Complete the photo consent form and acknowledge that you own the photo or have permission to submit it.
2. Be sure to provide your email address on the form.
3. After your consent form is submitted, you'll receive a follow-up email with instructions for uploading your photo(s) for consideration.
Selected photos may be displayed in the new facility. All submissions will be reviewed for quality, appropriateness, and required permissions. Submission does not guarantee selection.

We've officially moved the Avita Crestline Pharmacy to its new home at 245 N. Seltzer Street. The new location features a drive-thru, an expanded selection of over-the-counter products, and a private consultation room, giving patients added convenience and enhanced services.
