Welcome to Villas of Galva, Galva's premier assisted living community. At Courtyard Estates, we will create a service plan for each tenant upon admission.

Courtyard Estates is a senior living community that bridges the gap between independent living and nursing home care. Assisted living is an alternative level of quality housing appropriate for many seniors who choose not to live alone. The service plan is updated regularly to ensure that the tenant receives appropriate care as his or her condition changes.

Craft Day brought out the inner artist in everyone at Villas at Galva! Our residents painted colorful birdhouses, smothered them in peanut butter, and covered them with birdseed to create beautiful feeders for our feathered friends. The combination of creativity and purpose made this activity extra special — these handmade treasures will soon brighten yards and patios all around our community.

Creative hands are happy hands at Villas at Galva! Our residents transformed simple pinecones into beautiful flower arrangements during craft hour with Tina. Each person painted their own pinecone, chose their favorite sticks and bark, and arranged them on boards to create one-of-a-kind keepsakes. Special thanks to Sam for joining us and making the morning even more memorable with laughter and conversation.

There's nothing quite like puppy kisses to brighten your day! 🐾 Meet Holly, our adorable 4-month-old visitor who stops by Villas at Galva at least weekly to spread joy throughout our community. Brought by our nurse Tina's sister, this sweet pup has quickly become a beloved friend to residents and team members alike. The unconditional love and gentle companionship pets bring truly light up our halls and warm every heart they touch.
