Cold weather is coming (yes, we're going to say it, SNOW & ICE ❄️) and traveling to the health center may not always be ideal. Did you know some appointments can be completed virtually? At your next visit, ask your CHC provider "could my next visit be virtual?" 🤔

Oh my gourdness, it’s time for Growing Places Mobile Farmers Market stop at CHC. Grab a friend, visit the farmers market in our main lobby, have lunch at the Finicky Fork Cafe located on our second floor, and then head outside for walk around campus or at Mass Audubon’s Flat Rock Sanctuary or North County Land Trust’s Crocker Conservation Area. It’s supposed to be beautiful day ☀️ 🍁
