• Why Do We Include Red Light Therapy With NAD+? •

One of the most common questions I get is why our NAD+ programs include red light therapy.

While they work differently, both are often used by individuals looking to support cellular health, energy production, recovery, and overall wellness. Many clients appreciate having access to both as part of their wellness routine.

Another thing that makes our program different is the level of support available along the way.

At Reset Wellness, NAD+ is offered through our medical wellness program with provider oversight, patient-specific prescriptions, and access to licensed compounding pharmacies. Clients receive education, guidance, and ongoing nursing support throughout the process.

Some clients prefer to come into the office for injections. Others appreciate learning how to self-administer at home. We offer both options, along with home delivery when appropriate.

Whether you're already using NAD+ elsewhere or just beginning to learn about it, we're always happy to answer questions and help you explore what might be a good fit for your goals.

Message to schedule

Lately my body has been trying to tell me to slow down a little. Between massage clients, being on call as a doula, kids, sports, and all the end-of-school-year chaos… I’ve been running nonstop. And when I get overly exhausted, I can always feel it in my body first - run down, tight, foggy, and like I’m fighting getting sick.

So today I took a minute for myself and sat in our eucalyptus salt therapy tent.

One thing I love about halotherapy (salt therapy) is that it’s not just relaxing — it can also help support your body when you’re feeling congested, stressed, overwhelmed, or just plain depleted. The dry salt and eucalyptus can help open nasal passages, support easier breathing, and create a calming environment for your nervous system to slow down for a minute.

Sometimes self-care isn’t some big glamorous thing. Sometimes it’s just realizing your body needs a pause before it forces one on you.

As someone who spends so much time taking care of everyone else, I’m reminding myself today that recovery matters too.

To all the moms out there…

Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, overwhelming, emotional, chaotic, rewarding… and somehow all of those things at the exact same time.

As a mom of 4 girls, there are days I feel completely drained — mentally, physically, emotionally. Days where I wonder how I’m supposed to keep up with the schedules, the sports, the work, the emotions, the laundry, the meals, and still somehow pour into everyone around me.

But then there are also the moments that make my heart feel so full it could burst. The hugs. The late night talks. The laughter in the car. Watching them grow into who they’re becoming. The little “I love you’s” that somehow make every hard day worth it.

Moms carry so much that the world never sees. We balance the invisible load while still showing up for everyone else, often putting ourselves last without even thinking twice about it.

So today, I just want to say:
I see you.
You are appreciated.
You are needed.
You are doing better than you think you are.

To the moms in every season — the tired moms, the healing moms, the working moms, the stay-at-home moms, the grieving moms, the bonus moms, the new moms, and the moms just trying to hold it all together…

Happy Mother’s Day! 🫶🏼

You deserve to be celebrated not just today, but every single day.

Drink water after your massage” doesn’t mean your massage magically released toxins that need to be flushed out 😉

What it DOES mean is that massage can:• increase circulation• stimulate the nervous system• move fluid through the tissues• relax muscles that may have been tense for a long time

Some people feel thirsty, tired, lightheaded, sore, or even headachy afterward, especially if they came in already dehydrated. Staying hydrated helps support normal body function, muscle recovery, circulation, and overall how you feel after your session.

That doesn’t mean you need to force gallons of water. A good balance of hydration, minerals/electrolytes, and listening to your body is key.

Hydration looks different for everyone, but taking care of your body before and after massage can definitely help you get the most out of your session.
