Help Men Build a New Life Through Recovery Housing Scholarships

Recovery changed my life, but it wasn’t an easy path.

Like so many others, I struggled to find stability after treatment. I wanted to stay sober, but I didn’t have the structure, accountability, or support I needed to build a new life. Everything changed when I was given the opportunity to live in a sober living house.

That experience gave me more than a place to stay—it gave me hope. It surrounded me with people who understood what I was going through, held me accountable, encouraged me, and helped me build the foundation for lasting recovery. It was there that I learned how to live sober one day at a time, find purpose, and begin rebuilding my life.

Today, I have the privilege of operating Pheasant Recovery House Sober Living, where I have the opportunity to help other men who are beginning the same journey.

Unfortunately, many men complete treatment ready for a fresh start but simply don’t have the money for their first month of sober living. Without a safe place to continue their recovery, they’re often forced back into environments that can put their sobriety at risk.

That’s why I’m raising $10,000 to establish a scholarship fund for men entering Pheasant Recovery House. These funds will help cover the first month’s rent for residents who have completed treatment, are committed to recovery, and need financial assistance to take that next step.

A scholarship isn’t just paying someone’s rent. It’s providing a safe place to sleep, a supportive community, accountability, and the opportunity to find employment, build healthy routines, and focus on recovery instead of worrying about where they’ll live.

Every dollar donated will go directly toward helping qualified residents begin their recovery journey in a stable, sober environment.

Recovery is possible. I know because someone once gave me the same opportunity I’m now trying to give others.

Pheasant Recovery House is looking for inexpensive bikes if anybody has some bikes laying around that they would like to get rid of for a good price or know of any for sale, please let us know we’re trying to have bikes for the residence of Pheasant Recovery House
