Join NAMI Delaware at our inaugural Health & Fitness Fair on Saturday, September 12!

Mental health is an important part of overall health, and we're excited to spend the day connecting with our community and sharing resources that support wellness, recovery, and hope.

The morning will be packed with fun and information! Zumba and Yoga demos, Gardening tips, Health Screenings and more! Whether you're looking for health information, community resources, activities for the family, or ways to support your well-being, the Health & Fitness Fair has something for everyone.

NAMI Delaware will also be sharing resources about our free support groups, educational programs, HelpLine, advocacy initiatives, housing services, volunteer opportunities, and NAMIWalks Delaware.

We believe no one should face mental health challenges alone, and we're proud to be hosting an event that promotes healthy communities in every sense.

We hope you'll join us on September 12 at the Sun Behavioral Delaware, Georgetown location from 10am to 2pm, and help us build a healthier, more connected Delaware.

Today, we honored World Su***de Prevention Day by launching our new Clinical Edge Learning Collaborative with a safeTALK training from The Mental Health Association in Delaware.

safeTALK is an internationally-recognized program designed to equip individuals with the skills to recognize the warning signs of su***de and connect those who need it to life-saving resources.

All of our attendees left respecting that su***de is a complex issue, but everyone can play a role in prevention and small interventions can make a big difference.
