The second image is the result of a Lapiplasty patient specific insturmentation. This allows us to use a CT to make specific cut guides for perfect correction.

The third picture is Lapiplasty performed with speed plates. These small titanium compression plates are ultra thin and strong allowing for early weight bearing and rapid healing.
