Yesterday was my birthday, also known as the best day of the year!! And I am celebrating the way I know best…by giving something to the women who have been waiting for it.

The Why Am I So Tired Assessment is officially live.

$17. About 10 minutes. Built by a Naturopathic Doctor for every woman who has been exhausted, dismissed, and told everything looks normal.

You will start connecting your symptoms to the hormone patterns most likely behind your fatigue. You will understand why the things you have tried have not moved the needle. And you will walk away with a clear direction instead of more things to Google.

Take the assessment here:

Go take it. Happy Birthday to ME and to every woman who finally gets an answer today!!

I want to share something a patient told me recently.

She had been exhausted for years. She had seen multiple doctors. Every lab result came back normal. She had changed her diet, her sleep, her stress management. Nothing changed.

When we actually investigated, not just screened, we found what had been missed for years. We built a plan around what her body specifically needed. And a few months later she told me:

"I finally feel like myself again. I did not realize how far I had drifted until I came back."

That is the sentence I work toward with every patient.

Not managed. Not slightly better. Actually herself again.

If her story sounds like yours, the free hormone quiz is a good starting point. The Why Am I So Tired Assessment drops June 10 for the women who are ready for the full picture.

Fatigue is not just tiredness. The difference matters.

Hormonal fatigue has patterns. It shows up at the same time every day. It gets worse around your period or at specific points in your cycle. It comes with brain fog, mood changes, and weight shifts alongside the low energy. And it does not respond to rest, sleep, or more caffeine the way regular tiredness does.

These patterns are not random. They are your body pointing to something specific.

When fatigue follows a pattern, it almost always has a hormonal explanation. Finding it is a matter of knowing where to look.

The Why Am I So Tired Assessment drops June 10.

It is a short, targeted assessment built around the symptom patterns I see most in practice. In about 10 minutes, you will connect your symptoms to the hormone patterns most likely driving your exhaustion and understand why the things you have already tried have not worked.
Not a self-diagnosis. A starting point that actually makes sense.

$17. June 10.

There is a difference between being tired and being hormonally exhausted.

Regular tiredness responds to rest. You sleep, you recover, you feel better.

Hormonal exhaustion does not work that way. You can sleep nine hours and wake up more tired than when you went to bed. You can rest for a week and still feel completely depleted. Rest does not touch it because rest is not the problem.

When exhaustion is hormonal, your body's ability to generate and sustain energy is being disrupted at a deeper level. And until that is addressed, sleep and self-care will never be enough to fix it.

This is why so many women spend years trying harder at things that will never work. They are treating the wrong thing.

If you are wondering whether your fatigue is hormonal, start with the free hormone quiz. The Why Am I So Tired Assessment drops June 10 for the women who are ready for a more specific answer.

Your doctor told you your labs are normal.

You still do not feel like yourself.

Both of those things can be true at the same time.

Normal means you do not have a diagnosable disease. It does not mean your hormones are optimal, your thyroid is converting correctly, or that your fatigue has no explanation. Standard lab panels were designed to rule out serious illness. They were never designed to find the subtle patterns that make you feel exhausted, foggy, heavy, and unlike yourself.

Normal is not the same as well.
And you are allowed to keep looking for answers.

Something I do not talk about enough.

Before I was a naturopathic doctor, I was a patient who was not getting good care.
I know what it feels like to have your body stop making sense. To not sleep. To feel completely unlike yourself and have no explanation for why. To sit in a doctor's office and be told everything looks fine while your body is clearly telling you something different.

I also went through cancer. That experience changed everything about how I understand the body, what symptoms are communicating, and what root-cause medicine actually means in practice.
That history is not separate from my work. It is my work.

The Why Am I So Tired Assessment exists because of every woman who has ever been exhausted, dismissed, and handed a normal lab result with no real explanation. Fatigue is not just tiredness. It is your body communicating something specific.

You deserve to know what that something is.
It is coming June 10 which is also my favorite day of the year ( ). Stay with me this week.

Waking up at 2 or 3am and staring at the ceiling is not just stress. It is not just anxiety. And it is not just getting older.

It is one of the most recognizable hormone patterns I see in practice.

Cortisol is supposed to be at its lowest overnight and peak in the morning. When that rhythm gets disrupted, it spikes at the wrong time and pulls you right out of deep sleep. Blood sugar instability does the same thing, your body releases cortisol overnight to compensate, and suddenly it is 2am and your brain is completely on.

Melatonin will not fix a cortisol pattern. A better bedtime routine will not fix a blood sugar issue.
If you have been waking up in the middle of the night for months and no one has connected it to your hormones, that is a gap worth closing.

Occasionally I like to remind people that there is a full human behind the hormone content.

Tacos, rescue dogs named after Top Gun characters, a boyhubby who fights fires, and a reality TV habit I have zero plans to fix.

The cancer piece is less of a fun fact and more of a reason. It's part of why I believe so firmly that symptoms always have a cause worth finding. That conviction didn't come from a textbook.

Drop a comment if we have anything in common. I read every one.
