On September 29th Home and Care and Everwind collaborated with community care partners to pull together the first community health fair in Sheridan. 18 Care partners from the community came together at the Ramada Convention center and provided to the public information on services available to Sheridan and our surrounding community. We had expert presentations, vision and hearing screening and flu shots all in one spot!

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a Registered Nurse split between our home health and hospice programs. I spent my first four years building a strong foundation in med-surg, and for the last three years, I’ve also been helping out with hospice care on the side. Honestly, nothing brings me more joy or feels quite as rewarding as caring for patients right in their own homes. My days are spent out in the Billings community helping people heal and get back on their feet, or simply bringing calm and comfort to a hospice family during their toughest chapters. Getting invited into people’s homes and being a part of these deeply personal moments is an absolute privilege, and it’s exactly why I love my job! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three kids, 2 dogs and cat. I’ve recently got back into making sourdough starter, so now that football season is ending, I’ll have more free time to bake (and nap occasionally)! 😊

Great teams don’t just work well together—they know how to have fun together, too.
Our leadership team recently stepped out of the office and into The Grand Escape Room and, thankfully, we made it out! 😄
More importantly, it was a great opportunity to spend time together outside of our day-to-day responsibilities, strengthen our teamwork, and enjoy each other’s company.
We believe culture doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through trust, communication, shared experiences, and taking the time to know and appreciate the people you work alongside.
I’m incredibly grateful for this leadership team. They bring different strengths, perspectives, and personalities to the table, but they share a commitment to our team, our mission, and the people we serve.
Work hard. Support each other. Have fun. Keep growing.
That’s the kind of culture we’re committed to building. 💙

We had a great time at Business After Hours!

Hosted by the local Chamber of Commerce, these events are a great opportunity to connect with other local professionals, build relationships, discover new businesses, and find opportunities to partner and support one another.

We love being part of a community where local businesses come together, share what they do, and create meaningful connections. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and connected with us! We’re looking forward to seeing where these new relationships lead.

Our team stopped by to celebrate and congratulate our newest mama on her beautiful new arrival, bringing along a little baby gift to help welcome this sweet addition to the family.

One of our amazing hospice nurses, Lana, received a call this morning that one of her patients had passed away.

This was a family who had grown incredibly close to Lana. They had found comfort in her presence and compassionate care, and even worried that their loved one might pass while she was out of town.

As Lana made her way to their home after receiving the call, she looked up and saw this breathtaking view.

When she arrived, Lana showed the photo to his wife. In the middle of such a difficult moment, it brought her comfort and peace.

Sometimes, the smallest moments can feel like the biggest reminders that we are exactly where we are meant to be.

Lana, thank you for sharing your incredible gift of caring with this family. Your compassion, presence, and love truly make a difference.

This is why we do what we do. ❤️

Our amazing hospice team took some time to step away from the day-to-day and enjoy some team building together! We’re so grateful for the compassion, dedication, and heart each person brings to Everwind and to the patients and families we serve. Strong teams create stronger care and we are lucky to have such an incredible group!
