✨ Please help us welcome Zach Nerdin, PA-C, to FMDH! We're excited to have Zach join our Emergency Department team and look forward to welcoming him and his family to our community. ✨
• Where are you from?
I grew up in The Dalles, Oregon, and later met my wife, Kiersten, while living in Pocatello, Idaho. We’re excited to now call Glasgow home and become part of the community.
• What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I really enjoy spending time outdoors and making the most of the time I have with my family. I enjoy boating, golfing, playing basketball, and watching sports. I’ve always been a big sports fan, especially basketball and football, and I enjoy staying active and spending time outside whenever I can.
• What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people when they are in need and experiencing health problems. I enjoy getting to meet and care for people from all different backgrounds, and it’s rewarding to know that I can make a positive difference for patients and their families during a difficult time.
• What drew you to Glasgow, MT?
The community was a big part of what drew me to Glasgow. I was looking for a place where I could build relationships, become involved in the community, and serve patients in a meaningful way. I’m excited to be part of a close-knit community and look forward to getting to know the people and families who call Glasgow home.
• Tell us about your family!
I’m married to my wife, Kiersten, and we have a son who is under one year old. We’re excited for this next chapter of life and look forward to making memories together and getting involved in the Glasgow community as a family.
• What would you do for your career if you weren't doing this?
I’d probably be a professional athlete or a college coach. I’ve always loved sports, especially basketball and football, and I’ve enjoyed playing, watching, and coaching sports throughout my life. Being able to combine my love of sports with working with and helping people would be pretty hard to beat!
