Instead of only receiving a paper check, you can now choose how you’d like to get your refund:
✔ Electronic debit card (fastest)
✔ Direct deposit
✔ Paper check by mail

If you have an email on file, you’ll receive a secure email (from T.J. Regional Health - [email protected]) with instructions to select your preferred method. No email? No problem—you’ll automatically receive a paper check.

Refunds may be issued for reasons like insurance adjustments, duplicate payments, or overpayments at the time of service.
