Step #1: Preview floor plans. Attend a community tour to see how current residents have furnished and decorated their homes. Seeing different layouts firsthand will help you determine which floor plan fits your lifestyle the best!

Step #2: See how you live now. Take a moment to think about what rooms and spaces you spend a lot of time in. Is it your living room? Your kitchen? Then, identify the pieces of furniture and other items you’d like to bring with you.

Step #3: Create a map. Work with one of our planning and moving consultants to create a map of your desired home, based on the floor plan you chose and the furniture you’d like to bring with you. This visual often brings clarity and confidence.
