Meet Emily Smith, LCPC, CADC, BC-DMT. Emily has spent over 20 years in the counseling field and brings a rare combination of training to her work with adults: traditional talk therapy alongside dance/movement therapy (a body-based approach) and addiction counseling. Who we work with
Adolescents (ages 12 to 21), adults, and families. We offer individual counseling, family therapy, LGBTQ+ affirming care, parent education, and one-on-one support for school avoidance.

Insurance and payment
In network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois and United Healthcare. We also accept some Aetna and Cigna plans. Individual sessions are $195 out of pocket, family therapy is $225, or sessions are covered by accepted insurance. We take credit card, cash, check, or Zelle, and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
