This post isn’t to shame, but to allow some insight on areas we as individuals could improve on, or maybe aren’t aware of in general 💭

My biggest goal as a massage therapist is to meet my clients where they are, but allow them to information to grow themselves through their own processes. I truly feel like that’s why so many of my clients have been with me circa 2018 and prior.

It’s been incredible to watch so many lives evolve over the years 💕
