Stories of strength. Journeys of recovery. A community united by resilience ❤️🫂

Sage Rehabilitation-Outpatient Day Neuro’s 15th Annual Stroke Awareness Luncheon was truly one to remember, as we gathered to honor the lives and experiences of past and present patients impacted by stroke.

We were inspired by powerful testimonies of resilience, rehabilitation, and healing. Hearing these stories firsthand reminded us of the courage it takes to rebuild, the dedication behind every step forward, and the importance of continued support along the recovery journey.

Special thanks to our incredible guest speaker, Dana McKinney, MS, CCC-SLP, CBIST-AP, for sharing her knowledge and encouragement, as well as to our amazing vendors and sponsors for their continued partnership and support.

Most importantly, thank you to our patients and families for trusting SAGE Outpatient to be part of your journey. It is an honor to walk alongside you, and we look forward to continuing this tradition next year 🫶🦼

Let the Good Times BOIL! 🦞💛

Our 3rd Annual SAGE x TCHN Crawfish Boil was one for the books! From amazing crawfish and good music to nonstop laughs and quality time together, it was such a fun day spent with our TCHN family. Huge thank you to Gulf Coast Crawfish Company for serving up some seriously good crawfish!

Happy from SAGE! 🏥💚

From crawfish boils, to ice cream parties, to good music filling the halls, and time spent laughing together across all of our facilities—it’s been such a special week celebrating the people who make everything we do possible.

We’re so grateful for our incredible hospital staff, nurses, therapists, physicians, maintenance teams, housekeeping, dietary, administration, and every single person behind the scenes who shows up every day with care and dedication. And of course, our amazing patients who are at the heart of it all.

Thank you for the long shifts, the hard work, the kindness, and the heart you bring into every space. SAGE wouldn’t be SAGE without you 🫶
