Friday was one for the books! 💕💫

We had the wonderful opportunity to take a few of our elders down to Main Street to enjoy the Homecoming Parade! 🎉🏈🍂

From the excitement of the parade to the laughter, waves, and endless smiles, it was an afternoon filled with pure joy!

And to top off an already amazing Homecoming celebration, **our Cowboys brought home a HUGE 50–0 VICTORY!!** 🤠🏈💙💛 Talk about a reason to celebrate!

It's moments like these that remind us just how special making memories together truly is. The smiles were contagious, the memories unforgettable, and our hearts were full! ❤️✨

Is there ever a time when Sherman County doesn’t show up and show out for its people? ❤️

We had the best morning at the fair! We got to admire the award-winning animals, catch up with family and friends, enjoy a slice of delicious pie, and even convince ourselves to hop on a ride. 🎡🐄🥧

The only thing we couldn’t figure out was why we were freezing instead of sweating on an August morning! 😂 But the cool weather definitely didn’t take away from all the fun. Thank you, Sherman County Fair, for a wonderful day filled with community, laughter, and great memories!

☀️ Late post, but too much fun not to share! 💦

Last Friday, we soaked up the sunshine with a little water fun! We gave our wheelchairs and walkers a good summer scrub, cooled off with some delicious frozen lemonade, and, as always, enjoyed the very best company. 🍋💛

A huge shoutout to our amazing summer intern through the Nex-Gen program, Bella Tompkins, for planning this event as her summer final project! She brought smiles, sunshine, and a whole lot of fun to our day, and we’re so thankful for all of her hard work. 🌻

It’s the simple moments that make the sweetest memories. 💙

🎉 A Big Congratulations to Our Therapy Team! 🎉

Did you know that while our therapy team works right here at Topside Manor every day, they are employed through our therapy partner, Reliant Rehabilitation?

We're proud to share that Topside Manor earned the highest score on Reliant's Clinical Services Documentation Audit for the 2nd Quarter of 2026, achieving an outstanding 89%! This is a massive feat as there are over 900 communities and multiple audits.
