There is something different about this month’s Full Moon.
On Thursday night, August 27, the Full Moon also moves into a lunar eclipse. That combination can make the evening feel more intense, more revealing, and more emotionally charged than a typical full moon.
Because this moon falls in Pisces, the focus leans toward intuition, reflection, emotion, and what has been sitting beneath the surface. This is a good time to pay attention to what keeps coming up, what feels more noticeable than usual, and what may be asking for a closer look.
The eclipse adds momentum to that process. In astrology, eclipses are often associated with turning points, realizations, and shifts that are harder to ignore. Rather than treating the night as a “wait and see” moment, use it deliberately.
Journal. Reflect. Name what has changed. Look at what feels different now compared to a few weeks ago. Notice where your energy is being drained, where your boundaries need attention, or where you may be ready to make a change.
For crystal support, start with what you want to focus on that night. If you are feeling emotionally overloaded or scattered, reach for Amethyst to bring in a calmer, clearer energy. If you are moving through change or trying to trust what your intuition is telling you, Labradorite may be a better fit. And if the evening feels heavy or you simply want to stay grounded while you reflect, Black Tourmaline can help you ground.
You can work with just one crystal, or pair Amethyst with Black Tourmaline for calm and grounding, or Labradorite with Black Tourmaline when you want insight without losing your footing.
Thursday night, August 27, is the best time to work with this energy as the eclipse builds through the evening and reaches its peak just after midnight.
Use the evening to notice what feels different, what deserves your attention, and what you may be ready to move forward with. 🌕✨

A new school year brings fresh routines, new challenges, and plenty of chances to grow. 🎒✨

For a little extra support along the way, we’re reaching for Sodalite, Fluorite, Tiger’s Eye, and Amethyst — a balanced combination for communication, focus, confidence, and calm.

Whether it’s the first day, a big test, or simply settling into a new rhythm, these are beautiful crystals to keep close this season.
