People assume infrared sauna and red light therapy are two versions of the same thing. They aren't. The sauna warms the body directly rather than heating the air, and people come to us for soreness, stiffness, stress and sleep. Red light involves no heat at all - specific wavelengths on the skin - and people come for skin, recovery and inflammation. Most members end up doing both: sauna on training days, red light on the off days. Both are included in every membership and every pack, so you're never choosing in advance. What's the thing that's actually been bothering you? Tell us and we'll say which one to start with. 616-217-3361.
