✨ Stretch & Skate: An 80s Anniversary Celebration! ✨

Like, totally get ready to stretch, skate, and celebrate!

We’re throwing it back to 1986 for a totally tubular anniversary party featuring yoga on the rink floor + retro roller skating fun! We’ll start with a feel-good yoga flow designed to loosen you up and get you moving—then lace up those skates and let the good times roll.

Think neon, big hair, leg warmers, throwback jams, and all the nostalgic vibes as we celebrate 8 years in Grapevine and 6 years in Colleyville together. Whether you’re a skating pro or haven’t been on wheels since 1986, come ready to laugh, move, and make some memories.

Break out your best 80s look and come celebrate with us—because getting older is inevitable, but getting boring is optional.

Join us at these flow classes led by our Inspire Yoga trained teachers and support a local cause with your kind contribution. Karma Flow classes are all-levels vinyasa flow in a warm (not hot) room.

Happy Birthday to Inspire's own ball of energy and optimism! This light hearted yoga teacher will work his way into your heart with a literal song and dance. If you are looking for a fun way to unwind before the week begins, Charles' 5:30pm Sunday Inspire class is the place to be! Expect a yoga class, a good laugh, and a serenade. Happy Birthday to this ray of sunshine! Shellee is a Texas girl through and through. She'll start each class with this friendliest "How are ya'll doing?" and then spend the rest of class making you understand why you don't mess with TX. But you'll soon forgive her because she's so warm and down and to earth. You can find Shellee at the Colleyville studio on Mondays at 9:15am or at Grapevine on Fridays at 9am. Leave her a birthday wish in the comments and let her know how she Inspires you!
