After years of studying manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder technique), I am proud to be trained to work with concussions and TBIs.

These challenging conditions can be very frustrating to endure. Mostly because the brain does not have true lymphatic vessels to drain itself of the inflammation and fluid retention, which causes the headaches, pain, brain fog, personality changes and more.

Paired with other lifestyle changes ie limited screen time, time off, cognitive support, gut health; MLD can help restore balance at a quicker rate.

After much research, I chose to study and specialize in Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage due to the many scientific studies that prove its effectiveness.

Many hours and thousands of dollars have gone into this passion of mine and I continue to study with my beloved teacher, Gay Lee, at School of MLD

When choosing a MLD practitioner it's important to ensure they are certified and have done more than a quick online course or a weekend seminar.

Vodder therapists follow exact protocols, using gentle two directional stretches in a pumping like motion. No lotion or oil is ever used. It is a skin treatment and only goes deeper in a few steps in the abdominal sequence.

MLD is a wonderful tool to stimulate recovery and healing after surgeries and injuries.
