Welcome!

I am a clinician practicing in Great Falls, Helena, surrounding areas, and telehealth across the state for Healing Mountain Mental Health. My speciality is working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and difficulties with emotional regulation.

My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based. I focus on building a trusting, supportive relationship where clients feel safe to share their experiences without judgment. In our work together, we balance processing emotions with learning practical skills that support, coping, resilience, and confidence. I see therapy as a collaborative process and work alongside clients- and when helpful, their families or support systems-at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.

I can be reached by either a phone or email. I am currently accepting new clients both in person and telehealth and taking a variety of insurances, including Medicaid and Healthy Montana Kids. Our company, Healing Mountain Mental Health offers a wide variety of payment plans and options. We also offer hardship waivers and sliding fee scales to assist with financial burdens that might inhibit a person seeking psychological support and therapy. For more information on insurances, please see my Psychology Today profile.

I welcome the opportunity to engage and please feel free to share my information as another resource for families in your areas.
