YOU ASKED. WE LISTENED. SCULPT IS HERE TO STAY! 🔥

The energy in our Sculpt classes has been AMAZING - and we’ve absolutely loved seeing so many of you show up, get strong, sweat, laugh, and move together. 💪🥵

So… we’re making it official!

🧡 SCULPT IS NOW PERMANENTLY ON THE SCHEDULE!

Starting Wednesday, August 26, our new Wednesday afternoon lineup is:

🧘 4:00–5:00 PM | YIN with Lindsay
🔥 5:15–6:00 PM | SCULPT with Shanna
💪 6:15–7:30 PM | ALL LEVELS 75 with Lindsay

And YES - that Wednesday timing came directly from YOU! This was the overwhelming favorite when we asked our community, and we’re so excited to build an afternoon/evening lineup that gives you options to slow down, turn it up, or do a little of both.

✨ AND WE’RE NOT DONE…

We’re working on adding a SECOND weekly Sculpt class on Saturdays from 7:30–8:15 AM starting in September!

Early birds, this one is for you. ☀️🔥

Our goal is simple: more opportunities to move, reconnect, challenge yourself, and be part of this community.
