10 years ago I had full ACL reconstruction surgery. Today, this knee is full bone on bone. Last months spine xrays showed 3 disc that are not as thick as they should be, 1 vertebrae moving forward, a different one slipping back. Bone spurs have developed on a few vertebrae wing tips. I know that I have arthritis in many (10+) different places. Ill be 47 soon. This body has played really hard and will continue to play hard. Yoga has saved my life, in so many ways. For those of you who say you can't, I promise, you can and should. Theres a hundred ways to modify things, a hundred ways to support your body, but you need to keep moving. Find a teacher who will work with you and communicate your needs!

This mornings private session was amazing. Our bodies are so cool, especially when we listen, when we honor what we need and when we breathe! Rachel has taught me so much and I love working with her whether I'm receiving body work or helping her navigate through some rad stretches. 🤩😍
(Yes I offer swing private sessions)

Todays Cacao ceremony was absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much Andrea for your guidance, for holding us all, for giving us a safe space to journey. What a powerful day! Tonight we will dance, we will celebrate, we will shake it out. The Fall Yoga Getaway (NOW FULL) has been really magical
