Hello everyone! September is su***de prevention month. This is something that has affected our family a few times in the last few years. Self-care is such an important part of our mental health!

I believe that a massage can be one of the best things to help your body rest, relax and reset! The more you have them, the better you feel!

Hello everyone! Just a quick update. As most of you know, I have been working at Complete Chiropractic in Green River and taking appointments at Serentity One Sanctuary as well.
I will no longer be taking appointments at SOS, as my schedule has become very busy at Complete Chiropractic. You are welcome to still message me for appointments. Other than location, nothing has changed. However, if you do have insurance that pays for massages, you can use that! Have a great day!
