¡Viva Posada Fiesta!
Last Tuesday, the La Perla Dining Room at La Posada at Green Valley came alive with the soaring voices, trumpets, strings, and festive rhythms of Mariachi Herencia de Corazon during Posada Fiesta!
Margaritas were flowing, mariachi music filled the room, and our culinary team created a fiesta worthy of an encore: birria sopes, beef portabella fajitas, mojo shrimp, red vegan rice, chilaquiles, ranch beans, elote, and Caesar salad.
Then came the sweet serenade: flan, churro bread pudding with ice cream, chocolate tres leches cake, and Maria’s cookies.
But the real heart of Posada Fiesta was the camaraderie around the tables. Neighbors became amigos, friends sang along, glasses clinked, laughter traveled across the dining room, and everyone shared in the rhythm of the evening.
