Meet Mary! 💕 She’s committed to completing one puzzle a day as part of our Montessori Therapy Challenge—and now she’s created her own Puzzle Social Group to inspire others to join her!

Puzzles are more than fun—they help support focus, problem-solving, coordination, cognitive stimulation, and confidence, while creating wonderful opportunities for social connection. 🧩💜

That’s why puzzles are part of our daily routine at Canyon Valley: meaningful engagement, purposeful activity, and a whole lot of fun!

Our residents are bringing the Friday Night Lights home with their very own tailgating party! 🎉 They’re enjoying delicious pizza from our local Domino's Pizza while cheering on their hometown team, the Walden Grove Red Wolves! 🐺📣

✏️🐸🐢 Drawing, Learning & Creating at Canyon Valley! 🎨✨

Today’s Beginners Drawing Class was full of creativity, laughter, and a little bit of froggy fun! 🐸💚 Our residents learned how to draw some of their favorite animals, including frogs and turtles, and they’re already looking forward to their next lesson!

These new artistic skills will definitely come in handy for some of our upcoming Spark Projects in the year ahead! 🌟 We love seeing our residents learn something new, build confidence, and turn their creativity into something special.

A heartfelt thank you to Jason from Harmony Hospice for joining us today! 💙 Not only did he bring some delicious treats to enjoy, but he also shared his knowledge, encouraged our residents, and helped make today’s class extra special.
